1. PROGRAM FEE & INCLUSIONS

  • Participant – Coaching Programme | US$9,000 per guest
  • Participant’s Family/Guest – Experience Program | US$4,000 per guest

1.1A Participant – Coaching Programme:

  • All coaching sessions with Franco Lombardo and Dov Baron on 20th & 21st May 2024.
  • All on island transportation to and from special events.
  • All meals, including off-site lunches and dinners as part of the official programme.
  • All events including cocktail reception, yoga, gallery tour, private island visit, yacht and cruise boat experiences as outlined on the official programme.

  • All on island transportation to and from special events.

1.2 Hotel reservations & airport transportation:

1.2A Hotel reservations and airport transfers are made directly by participants with The Loren Hotel, 116 South Road, Tucker’s Town Smiths Parish, HS 01 Bermuda.

1.2B To book your guest room reservations, please visit The Loren Website: You will be required to enter the Attendee Code: CBGP to avail of special hotel room rates for this event.

1.3 Participant Requirements:

Participants must ensure they have adequate insurance for their own requirements, including personal accident and travel insurance, prior to attending any event of the Retreat; and ensure they have all necessary travel documentation, including but not limited to visas and other entry permits into the country where the Retreat is held, and that they comply with all health formalities and any applicable laws.

 

2. BILLING PROCEDURES

2.1 Upon confirmation of attendance an invoice from Corporate Concierge Bermuda Ltd. will be issued to the Primary Participant and is payable by wire transfer within 30 days in order to secure your place at this special retreat.

2.2 At the time of booking, kindly confirm if you will have family/guests joining you and if they will be participating in the Coaching Programme, the Experience Programme or as hotel guests.

2.3 All Bookings for the Influence programme must be made no later than December 31st 2023. Hotel reservations are made directly with the hotel and must be booked before 1st February 2024 in order to avail of the special Influence rate.
2.4 Participants wishing to register for Influence 2024 after 1st January 2024 will be added to the wait list in the event of a cancellation and will be notified in writing should a space become available.

 

3. ADDITIONAL PARTICIPANTS:

3.1 Additional participants may be added, subject to space in the Coaching Programme.

3.2 Space is limited, and participants interested in the Coaching Programme are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

 

4. FORCE MAJEURE:

4.1 In this clause, “Force Majeure” means circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control and which are reasonably likely to affect the successful delivery of the Event or would make it inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible for us to host the Event or perform our obligations under these Terms, including circumstances, which directly affect the Participants in their home countries resulting in a material percentage of the Participants being reasonably likely to be prevented from attending the Event.

4.2 If, as a result of Force Majeure, Influence cancels the retreat, the organisers shall use its reasonable endeavours to either (a) reschedule the retreat; or (b) switch the retreat from a physical retreat to an Online Event, in each case to take place within six months of the original retreat Dates.

4.3 If Influence is unable to reschedule the retreat in accordance with clause 4.2, it shall refund the Participant Fees as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 90 days from the date of notice of cancellation.

4.4 Without prejudice to Influence’s obligation to refund any Fees to Participants, Influence accepts no liability and shall pay no compensation where the performance of its obligations is made impracticable, illegal or impossible by or as a result of Force Majeure.

 

5. CANCELLATION:

Participation may be cancelled as follows:

5.1 Ninety (90) days prior to start (on or before 19th February 2024) for a full refund, less 10% administration charge

5.2 Sixty (60) to eighty-nine (89) days prior to the start date (20th February – 20th March 2024) for a refund of 25% of fees

5.3 Zero (0) to fifty-nine (59) days prior to the event (21st March – 19th May 2024) – no refund

5.4 Please note the hotel cancellation and refund policy may differ from the event policy.

5.5 Our liability to you as a result of any cancellation or postponement of an Event shall be limited to the amount of Fees which you have paid to us for that Event only and we shall not be liable for any additional Losses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or postponement.

5.6 All cancellations by Participants must be received in writing via email.

5.7 Participants may nominate a substitute to attend an Event in his or her place.

5.8 Notifications of cancellations and substitutions should be sent in writing to the Influence contact designated in the Event Confirmation as soon as possible.

Registration details for any substitute must be received within five business days of the notification of cancellation and request for substitution.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for; (a) death or personal injury; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

6.2 You agree that your access to any Event and your use of any of the Content is at your sole risk and responsibility and acknowledge that all Content is provided “as is” and “as available”.

6.3 Influence shall not be liable, whether based on a claim in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising out of or in relation to these Terms, for any indirect or consequential losses.

6.4 Influence’s total liability to you, whether based on an action or claim in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising out of, or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of the Fees paid or payable under these Terms.

 

7. DATA PROCESSING

7.1 In this clause the terms “personal data” and “processing” shall have the meanings ascribed to them under the Data Protection Laws.

7.2 Influence shall (a) comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Laws; and (b) process any personal data which it obtains or holds in relation to a Participant under or in relation to these terms only for the purposes of carrying out its obligations under these Terms.

7.3 We shall use your personal data for the purpose of providing services in relation to Events, including, but not limited to Event registration, communications, Event access, dining, administration (including before, after and during the Event), invoicing and payment, post-Event feedback.

7.4 In order to fulfil our obligations to you in relation to the Event, we may share relevant personal data with presenters, Event venue management, the Online Event Platform, trainers, organisers, print houses, sponsor partners, Event service providers and external delivery partners.

 

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM

8.1 By attending the Event you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the opening cocktail reception and at some of the afternoon island experiences. No photography or video recording will take place during the private participant morning sessions with Franco Lombardo and Dov Baron. Influence reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the Event in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print material, without obtaining any further approval from.

 

9. AMENDMENTS

9.1 We may make amendments to these Terms from time to time. Any such amendments shall be posted on the Event website. Amendments will be effective immediately on the amended Terms being posted on the Event website and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you attend the Event. If you do not wish to accept them, you must cancel your attendance in accordance with the cancellation policy.

9.2 Although Influence’s Event programmes are correct at the time of publication, we may change the format, Content, venue, speakers, hosts, moderators and/or timing of an Event, including a change from a physical Event to an Online Event. Influence shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify all Participants of any such changes prior to an Event.
