Mateo is a Business graduate from Carleton University with a specialty in Finance. With a keen interest in social entrepreneurship, Mateo has spent much of his recent time examining how financial managers allocate their firm’s capital to invest in value-enhancing projects.
A passionate advocate for finding your true ‘safe space,’ Mateo is on a continuous exploration to develop his emotional self and the tools he needs to apply his learnings to his professional work. In the past, Mateo has also been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to travel to Ecuador and Kenya for two service trips, including building a school in the Ecuadorian rainforest and a school in the Kenyan Maasai Mara.
